How Will I Receive My Product?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a delivery email with a download link. This usually happens within minutes. No physical items will be shipped.
Are the PDFs editable?
No, our standard PDF files are for personal use and are not editable. If you need editable versions, check out our PLR section, which includes editable Canva templates.
How Do Refunds Work for Digital Products?
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our content and the artists who create it. However, we truly want you to be blessed by what you receive. If something didn’t work as expected — a corrupted file, an accidental duplicate purchase, or a missing page — just reach out. We’ll gladly assist or offer a replacement when needed. The link to download your files will be available once payment is processed and emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. You can also access your files anytime on our site by going to the Login or Register option and creating an account — both options give you access to your purchases.
